A multilingual professional Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer with experience of working within multiple European countries in global organizations. Proven experience in managing all pre and post contract activities for high value >$20m Commercial and Residential projects; Posses solid project management skills for the construction industry with the skilled ability to prepare contracts and costings, mitigate risk and responsible for ensuring best practices are followed to enable delivery on time and to budget.
I have been two years extensive experience as Quantity Surveyor working with EC Harris Commercial team in the Greater London region and three years experience of working in this sector in Sweden, as Project Manager / Construction Manager for a Design and Construction Management Consultancy, before joining EC Harris in July 2007. He is currently working as Cost Manager for a main contractor on a USD 200 million scheme in downtown Stockholm. My professional background is in the Commercial and Residential sectors. My experience covers all aspects of quantity- surveying from pre- to post contract duties including Cost Estimates, Tendering, Value Engineering, Valuations, Cost Reports and Final Account. With 1 1/2 years experience working on site, I possess skills in dealing hands on with Contractors, Design Teams and Clients.
